19TH CENTURY 3 BEDROOM CHATEAU GÎTE

Completely independent gîte located in a wing of the Château d'Emeringes which dates from the XIXth century. There is extensive wooded parkland containing a small lake surrounding the château and a private lawned area in front of the gîte. The Château is located in the Viticole region of the Rhône-Alpes just 65km from Lyon. Wine is sold and may be drunk on site. The owners live in the château and are on hand to make guests welcome.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the gîte clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
