Comfortable semi-detached rural cottage located in the small hamlet of Ecottes just 3km from Licques, 6km from Guines, 20km from the coast, 26km from Calais and 28km from Saint Omer. The cottage shares an enclosed garden with swings with the adjoining cottage and has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any aditional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
