Very comfortable and spacious character farm cottage located on a working farm in Ferrière-sur-Beaulieu in the Loches region of the Touraine. The cottage has its own garden of 600 sq metres with a terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Parties of more than 10 people can be accommodated for an additional rental charge.

Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival. Additional guests are welcome for a charge of 15 Euros per person per week.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, end of stay cleaning and any additional guests are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
