THREE BEDROOM RURAL CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Comfortable and spacious detached character cottage dating from the beginning of the 19th century located on the edge of the rural village of Saint Epain on the River Manse 22km east of Chinon and 27km from the beautiful little town of Richlieu. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed grounds of 1000 sq metres with terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis and swings and further enclosed grounds with a 17x5 heated swimming pool which is shared with the owner. On site there is also a fenced troglodyte cave that was formerly used as a bakery.

Guests may hire bed linen for 8 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
