Two very comfortable semi-detached character cottages located in Dienville right beside Lake Amance in the heart of the Fôret D'Orient Regional Park. The cottages each have their own spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and share a heated swimming pool.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 155 Euros per cottage is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
