Comfortable and spacious traditional timbered farm cottage located in the country hamlet of Coupesarte (48 inhabitants) 3km from St Julien Le Faucon, 9km from Livarot, 12km from Lisieux, 40km from Caen and 45km from Cabourg and the seaside. The cottage is surrounded by an extensive enclosed garden with a river, tennis court, swings, sun terrace and garden furniture.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week are included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heating, is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
