Completely independent first floor village gîte located in a cottage divided into three independent gîtes just beside the river in the village of Dambach Neuhoffen. Each gîte has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and there are additional shared grounds with a lake and swing.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
