Very comfortable, detached modern villa located in the small village of Curzon and just 17km from La Tranche Sur Mer and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Vendée coastline. The villa has been very tastefully furnished and decorated with a nautical theme and has its own enclosed garden with private 8x4 swimming pool, sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and off road parking. There is also a free tennis court just a few metres from the villa.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
