Comfortable renovated farm cottage located in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty near the small village of Bréau just 29km from Fontainebleau and 30km from Disneyland. The cottage is surrounded by 8 hectares of beautiful parkland and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. There is tennis on site and hot air balloon rides can be arranged by the owners. There are two other gîtes on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
