Comfortable semi-detached 18th century character cottage located in a rural hamlet 1.5km from Morteaux Couliboeuf, 7km from Bernières D'Ailly, 11km from Falaise, 35km from Lisieux, 42km from Cabourg and the seaside and 45km from Caen. The cottage is surrounded by an extensive well tended garden with a small stream flowing along the edge of the grounds, south facing sun terrace, garden and BBQ.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July and August. During the rest of the year the first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heating, is in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
