COMFORTABLE 3 BEDROOM CHARACTER FARM COTTAGE

Very comfortable and spacious semi-detached character farm cottage located in the rural hamlet of La Coudre just 2km from Fontaine Le Port and the River Seine, 6km from Bois Le Rois, 10km from Fontainebleau, 60km from Eurodisney and 60km from Paris. The cottage has its own private unfenced garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and shares additional extensive well tended gardens with one other cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
