The property is surrounded by its own extensive wooded grounds with fenced heated swimming pool, tennis, children's play area with swings and sand pit, table tennis, garden furniture and BBQ. The propery is located in the south of the Pays de L'Ernée et de L'Oiron of Mayenne in the north-western Loire Valley to the west of the River Mayenne.

Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival. Pool heating is included in the rental. End of stay cleaning is available for 100 Euros.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
