Comfortable farm cottage dating from 1806 located in the heart of the countryside near St Cyr en Talmondais just 14km from the coast in the Littoral region of the Vendée. There is a swiming pool on site and extensive grounds containing a lake for fishing. Riding is available free of charge and tennis is also available free of charge 2km away. There is also a games room with table football and billiards and a children's play area with swings and a sand pit. The owners live on site and there is one other one bedroom cottage.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. All charges except for heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
