Attractive detached stone built character cottage located in the small village of Corgoloin in the historic Vignoble region of Burgundy just 10km from Beaune and 38km from Dijon.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, if required, is in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pllow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 75 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 70 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and firewood are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
