THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL ON 18th CENTURY ESTATE

Very comfortable character cottage situated in the heart of the countryside and surrounded by the extensive 8000sq metre estate of a country house in Boissé near Leméré. The estate dates from the 18th century and the grounds are surrounded by ancient stone walls. The cottage is very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and has a private garden of 600sq metres with garden furniture and BBQ, table tennis and private 7x3.5 swimming pool. The estate is 10km south of the historic town of Chinon and the River Vienne, 20km from the confluence of the Vienne and Loire rivers and 20km from Loudun. Bed linen is available for rental and bicycle hire can also be arranged. The owner live on site and there is one other cottage in the grounds also with its own grounds and its own private pool.

Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Central heating is available for 10/15 Euros per day according to season. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
