The cottage is surrounded by an orchard and commands beautiful views over the valley. It has a spacious sun terrace and lawned garden with garden furniture and sand pit.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heating, is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
