Spacious and comfortable character farm cottage located near Autrèche in the beautiful pays d'Amboise region of the Touraine mid-way between Tours and Blois and only 15km north of Amboise and the River Loire. The cottage has its own unfenced garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and is situated on the edge of the woods with a small fishing lake just 200 metres away. There is one other gîte on site.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
