Detached cottage beautifully situated near the Grimbosq Forest in the small hamlet of Clinchamps sur Orne (822 inhabitants) in the Caen region of Calvados. The owner lives nearby and is on hand to make guests welcome. Free access to the tennis courts in Clinchamps is included in the rental. There is a swing and table tennis on site and the enclosed grounds (100 sq metres) are shared with a smaller cottage. Caen is only 12km away and the seaside is only 27km from the cottage.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating and water heating are in addition to the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Bed linen is included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
