TWO BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Charming character cottage located in the outbuildings of an 18th century water mill located just outside Cinq Mars La Pile right on the banks of the Breuil, a small tributary of the River Loire. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with BBQ and teak garden furniture and guests have access to 2 hectares of parkland and a 10x5 heated swimming pool. The property is right in the heart of the most beautiful area of the Loire Valley and is only 18km from Chinon and 15km from Tours. Sheep and poultry are kept on site and guests may hire bicycles. The owners offer two Chambres d'Hôtes.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
