Charming detached character cottage very tastefully restored located on the edge of 2.5 hectares of parkland in Cigogné near Chenonceaux in the Pays d'Amboise region of the Touraine south of the River Loire and north of the Indre. The cottage has its own garden furniture and BBQ and covered parking and there is a heated 10x5 swimming pool on site and table tennis shared with a second gîte.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
