SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE 4 BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE

One of two beautifully maintained semi-detached farm cottages located in the heart of the countryside 2km outside the village of Marck and only 4km from a beautiful sandy beach and 6km from Calais. The cottage commands beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and stone-built BBQ. There is also a table tennis table shared between the two cottages and additional shared grounds with two sand pit/paddling pools. The cottage is very tastefully furnished, spacious and full of character retaining its original beamed ceilings.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 230 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
