DETACHED FARM COTTAGE WITH LAKE

Ancient detached farm cottage located in the small hamlet of Germond-Rouvré in the Pays de Gatine region. There is a small fenced private lake on site. The beautiful Marais Poitevin Nature Reserve which is intertwined with waterways and is a haven for wildlife is only 25km away and the mediaeval town of Parthenay is 36km from the cottage. The owner lives nearby and is available to make guests welcome.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 160 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
