THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Comfortable and beautifully renovated semi-detached character cottage located in the grounds of the château of Châtel-chehéry on the edge of Argonne Forest near the border with Alsace Lorraine and only 55km from the Belgian border. The cottage has its own garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swing and covered parking and guests are welcome to use the château's heated, covered swimming pool. There is a private lake on site and trout fishing in the village.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
