Spacious, detached 19th century former game keeper's cottage located 2km from Château la Vallère in the 150 hectare wooded estate of the Château de la Pérrée with views over the Château. The cottage has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis and swings and there is a tennis court, swimming pool and fishing lake in the grounds. The River Loire is 26km, Tours 35km, Saumur 52km and Le Mans 62km from the property.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating if required will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and fishing are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
