Semi-detached character farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside on a 17th century farm almost mid way between the historic towns of Loches and La Roche Posay. The cottage is surrounded by extensive shared grounds and has its own unfenced garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. There are also swings and table tennis on site. La Roche Posay is 20km, Loches and the River Indre and 28km and Tours and the River Loire 68km from the cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
