COMFORTABLE 3 BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE

Comfortable single storey character cottage located just outside the village of Charnay in southern Burgundy 61km south of Mâcon and 25km north west of Lyon. The cottage is surrounded by extensive wooded parkland and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The owners live on site and are on hand to make guests welcome.

During July and August utility charges are included in the rental. During the rest of the year utility charges are in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
