Well cared for detached cottage located on a farm in the rural hamlet of Charmes 500 metres from the River Bèze and only 500 metres from the woods. Charmes is 27km east of the historic town of Dijon. The cottage has its own extensive open lawned grounds and fenced terrace with garden furniture.

Well Behaved Pets Welcome
The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring sheets and pillow cases with them. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
