VINEYARD CHARACTER COTTAGE

Tastefully restored character cottage dating from 1789 located in the heart of the countryside in a vineyard producing Vouvray wine 4km from the small village of Chançay, 15km from Amboise, 20km west of Tours and only 10km from the River Loire. The cottage commands lovely views over the vineyard and has its own fenced landscaped garden with garden furniture and BBQ and additonal unfenced grounds of 2500 sq metres.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
