THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER FARM COTTAGE WITH POOL

Beautifully restored character farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside 5km from the small village of Sainte Catherine de Fierbois. The cottage has its own unfenced grounds with garden furniture, BBQ and swings and is surrounded by extensive wooded grounds with a shared 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool. Chinon, Loches and Tours are all within easy reach. There is one other gîte on site.

Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
