Attractive and spacious semi-detached character cottage located in the quiet rural village of Carsix on the edge of Beaumont Forest 5km from the River Risle, 9km from Brionne, 15km from Le Neuberg, 40km from St Aubin Lès Ebeuf and the River Seine and 50km from Rouen. The cottage has its own private garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and there is a small fenced pond in the grounds.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
