Beautifully renovated spacious detached character farm cottage dating from 1810 located in the small village of Le Tronquay (654 inhabitants) only 12km from Bayeux, 20km from St Laurent Sur Mer and the seaside and 22km from Arromanches and the landing beaches. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and decorated and is situated in very peaceful surroundings with its own enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ and table tennis.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental and are charged at 25 Euros a week from June to September, 55 Euros per week from November to February and 40 Euros per week in March, April and October. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
