Comfortable single storey semi-detached village cottage located next to the owner's home in the quiet village of Campigneulles Les Grandes 5km from Montreuil, 10km from Berck and only 12km from Le Touquet and the seaside. The cottage has enclosed grounds with terrace and BBQ shared with the owners.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 100 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.40 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
