Semi-detached character cottage with rustic style furnishings located in the small village of Camiers only 2km from St Cecile Plage and the beach. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Le Touquet is 10km from the village and Etaples is 6km away.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 229 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.80 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
