DETACHED THREE BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE

Detached three bedroomed farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside near the small village of Buxerolles in the Châtillonnais region of Burgundy just 7km from Recey Sur Ource. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and courtyard with garden furniture.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker

End of stay cleaning can be arranged for 50 Euros
Well Behaved Pets Welcome
The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating with be charged at cost. Firewood is supplied free of charge. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 55 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating, end of stay cleaning and firewood are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
