Very comfortable vineyard character cottage located next to the owners' home in the tiny village of Brouillet in the Ardre Valley and just 30km from Reims and 37km from Epernay. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The vintner owners can arrange visits to their wine cellars and vineyard.

Bed linen, towels and utility charges are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
