Spacious detached character cottage located in Brognon near the Belgian border 40km north west of Charleville Mézières and 50km south of Charleroi. The property is surrounded by superb countryside with forests, lakes and rivers and there is a lakeside beach just a short walk away through the woods. The cottage retains all its original charm with stone walls and beamed ceilings. It has its own enclosed garden of 1200 sq metres with terrace, garden furniture, swings and a sand pit.

Bed linen may be hired or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility and heating charges are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
