Attractive detached country cottage located 2.5km from the rural village of Briollay in the Maine et Loire region north of Angers. The cottage is situated right on the River Loir and near the River Sarthe. The River Loire itself is to the south of Angers. The owners live nearby and are on hand to make guests welcome.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 76 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.75 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
