Welcoming and very well equipped converted 18th century country cottage located in the rural hamlet of Bricqueville (116 inhabitants) only 12km from Vierville sur Mer and the coast and 22km west of Bayeux. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Utilities are charged at 27 Euros per week from April to October and 50 Euros per week November to March. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and bed linen hire are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
