Superb thatched independant gîte located in the owner's home in the beautiful La Brière Nature Park - intertwined with waterways and canals and a haven for wildlife - in the 19th century hamlet of Bréca just 5km south of Saint Lyphard, 12km from La Baule and 10km from the seaside. The gîte has outstanding views over the surrounding waterways with boatrides available locally. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Due to the quality of the gîte guests are requested to wear slippers indoors

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30p) per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
