Spacious and comfortable character vineyard cottage tastefully decorated with beamed ceilings and stone walling located in the heart of peaceful countryside 2km from the pretty village of Festigny, 18km from Epernay and 25km from Reims. The cottage has its own garden and sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and swings. Tours of the vineyard and wine cellars and winetasting can be arranged by the owners.

Bed linen and towels may be hired for 10 Euros per bed per week or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
