Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit.
