Comfortable detached single storey seaside villa located in Sainte Marie Sur Mer on the Côte de Jade and just 600 metres from the beach, 3km from Pornic, 30km from Saint-Nazaire, 42km from La Baule and 52km from Nantes. The villa has its own enclosed garden of 500 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and garage.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros (about 30/40p) per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
