Detached traditional timbered 18th century character cottage located in a rural hamlet just 3km from Blonville sur Mer and the seaside, 6km from Deauville and 50km from Caen. The cottage has its own garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and is surrounded by extensive parkland. There is one other gîte on site and a shared games room.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
