DETACHED CHARACTER VINEYARD COTTAGE

Detached character cottage located opposite the owners' Champagne House in the small village of Bligny in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. The owners can arrange for visits to their wine cellars and wine tasting. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings. Nigoland Adventure Park is 10km, Bar Sur Aube 13km, The Forest Of Orient Lake 25km and Troyes 45km from the property.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
