Renovated detached character cottage located in a quiet rural hamlet in the historic Loches region of the southern Touraine. The cottage is surrounded by its own extensive grounds of 2000 sq metres with a 4.5x9 private covered pool and jacuzzi, garden furniture and BBQ. The cottage has a beautiful conversatory and commands outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The owners live nearby and are available to make guests welcome.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
