Pretty little detached traditional Normandy cottage dating from 1870 located in the hamlet of Juaye Mondaye (616 inhabitants) in the Bessin region of Calvados 20km from the seaside and 8km from Bayeux. The cottage is in a very peaceful location surrounded by countryside and has its own private enclosed garden. The Abbey of Juaye nearby is well worth a visit.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over..

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and water heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
