Attractive detached character cottage located in Belz near the Gulf of Morbihan in a small hamlet beside the River Etel with a small beach nearby and near the picturesque village of Saint-Cado, 5km from beautiful sandy beaches at Etel and Erdeven, 13km from Carnac and 16km from Auray. The cottage has its own small lawned garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and commands beautiful views over the River Etel from the bedrooms.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity charges and heating (if required) are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
