One of a group of four attractive character farm cottages located in the heart of the country 2km from the small village of Béganne and only 4km from the River Vilaine and 25km from the Gulf of Morbihan and the seaside. The cottage has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture and shares extensive grounds with two stone built BBQs, swings and boules court.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 155 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
