Very comfortable semi-detached farm cottage located near the village of Banteux just 2km from the River Escaut, 10km from Cambrai, 52km from Valenciennes, 57km from Arras, 60km from the Belgian border and 83km from Lille. The cottage has its own unfenced garden and sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis and table football.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per cottage on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
