Two attractive and comfortable well maintained country cottages located just outside the rural village of Baincthun only 6km from Boulogne sur Mer and the seaside. The cottages share an enclosed garden with a swing and each has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

A travelling shop visits the village

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros for each cottage on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
